Harry Gray in his inimitable style will deliver a talk entitled “Grave Outlook” on Tuesday 26th March at 7.30 p.m in Mackay’s Hotel, Wick. This is a pre-Conference event (30th Annual Conference and Family History Fair of the Scottish Association of Family History Societies – see details elsewhere on the website) and everyone is welcome. The lastest talk will be by Thurso Heritage Society chairperson, Alan McIvor, an well-known historian with particular interest in Thurso.  However Alan has a huge collection of archival material some of which he will talk about/display on Wednesday 13th February at 7 pm.  This  talk will be held in Thurso Library, Davidsons Lane, Thurso.
