Please note – Royal Mail postal charges will increase from 29th March 2016. Time to buy a couple of extra books of stamps so that you can pat yourself on the back later, when you save a whole 1p on every letter you post!!
No, CFHS has not decided to feature money-saving ideas for our members; the real reason for giving you this information is because it will affect what it costs to post out any books you order from us.
Our section on PUBLICATIONS (see right hand side menu on home page) now carries the new prices but, if you order in time for posting before 29th March, old prices will apply.
Details of our books of gravestone inscriptions and 1901 census transcriptions can be found in the PUBLICATIONS section of this website
BUT —– we also have a couple of copies left of the now out-of-print 1841 Census Transcriptions. They are for :
Bower Parish – £3.50 Reay Parish – £5.00
Wick Parish (Book 1- Town of Wick) – £6.00
Wick Parish (Book 2 – country areas of parish) – £6.00
Prices quoted are for members. Non-members pay £1 more for each book.
If you wish to buy the 1841 books, please contact Anna on email@example.com and I will send you the postage rates (or arrange delivery, if you live locally)
